FAHRER - A Journey of Innovation and Growth

Early Days and Initial Growth

In 2004, FAHRER Berlin was founded with the production of the first trouser straps made from recycled truck tarpaulins. The positive response at Christmas markets led Joachim Leffler to continue manufacturing. The company quickly established an online presence and began attracting its first retailers. By 2008, FAHRER had won the EUROBIKE Award in the Design Urban Cycling Accessories category, marking the start of its industry recognition.

Expansion and Innovations

Since 2008, FAHRER has experienced significant growth, including the launch of new products and the expansion of its product lines. In 2012, they won another EUROBIKE Award for Urban Cycling Accessories. Innovation continued with the creation of the eBike accessories category in 2013 and the launch of a luggage rack series in 2018. FAHRER also opened its first café bar in Berlin and expanded its product lines to include cargo bike accessories and urban bags.

Development and Commitment

Over the years, FAHRER has solidified its position as a leader in accessory innovation for bicycles. The company has participated in numerous international trade shows such as EUROBIKE and expanded its operations across Europe. Commitment to sustainability and quality remains a priority, with products like the Profil Max FP60 floor pump, entirely made in France. FAHRER continues to innovate and meet the growing needs of modern cyclists while maintaining a strong connection to its roots and history.
