  • An expert chosen based on your needs will be there to listen: Our specialists will answer all your questions and help you choose the right electric bike for you.
  • Shop outside of regular business hours on Thursdays and Fridays between 6 PM and 8 PM.
  • Receive a $50 refund with the purchase of your bike.

  1. Do I have to pay $50 even if I don't purchase a bike?

    Yes, the $50 covers the private session, which includes a special moment with one of our specialists and access to our store outside of regular business hours.

  2. When can I book my session?

    You can book your appointment based on the available reservation time slots. Our specialists are available outside of regular business hours (Thursdays and Fridays between 6 PM and 8 PM) to provide you with a personalized and high-quality shopping experience.

  3. Can I cancel my appointment if my plans change?

    Yes, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment with no charge. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, the $50 fee will not be refunded.

  4. How does the $50 refund work?

    If you decide to purchase a bike during your appointment, we will deduct the $50 from the total price of your bike. This way, your session won't cost you anything when you acquire one of our electric bikes.

  5. Do I need to prepare anything for my appointment?

    There's no need to prepare anything in particular. However, to make the most of your appointment, we suggest thinking in advance about your needs and expectations regarding an electric bike. This way, our specialist will be able to guide you towards the models that best suit you.
